Mission
Carry out social research on Cuban youth, as well as on youth organizations and their members, as well as advise the National Bureau of the Union of Young Communists, on issues inherent to its social mandate to represent, lead and train the new generations.
Vision
To be the governing center for social research on adolescence and youth in Cuba and to contribute to the design, evaluation and improvement of National Youth Policies.
