Diploma in Childhood, Adolescence and Youth

Diploma in Childhood, Adolescence and Youth, in Virtual mode is a space for training and exchange to apprehend the distinctive elements of these stages of the life course; for the design, execution of research and intervention projects; Furthermore, it contributes to the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of policies, programs and action plans directed at these populations. It has a faculty made up of experts and specialists from different areas of knowledge with a plurality of approaches and enriching practices in keeping with the study populations.

The 8th. Edition, recently completed, responded to the current context that exists in Cuba after the impacts of Covid-19; with an impact also worldwide, where virtuality occupies a top place in educational and training processes. From this perspective, knowledge of those who work, from formal or informal settings, for the full development of infants, adolescents and young people were updated.

General Objective: Contribute to the preparation of professionals in charge of working with infants, adolescents and young people, by creating a space for theoretical and practical exchange; based on the most current scientific contributions tempered to a society immersed in profound transformations.
